This warranty does not apply to any other product than the Equipments (eg. smartphones or tablets), even if packaged or sold with the Equipment.

This warranty also does not apply:

a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the manufacturer's product's specifications;

d) to accidental damage or damage caused abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause;

e) to damage caused by operating the Equipment outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other Product published guidelines;

f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of the Manufacturer or an Manufacturer Authorized Service Provider ("AASP”);

g) to Equipment that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of the Manufacturer;

h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Equipment;

i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Equipment;

j) if we receive Information from relevant public authorities that the Equipment has been stolen or if the end user is unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Equipment, and the end user cannot prove in any way that he or she is the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).
